摘要
结合广西电网公司近年来几起500 kV变压器胶囊式储油柜密封失效的典型案例,对变压器胶囊式储油柜密封失效问题的预防、识别和处理进行了分析和探讨。实践结果表明,在新设备验收阶段开展储油柜密封性试验,或结合停电对油中含气量增长较快但泄漏点不明的运行设备开展储油柜密封试验,可有效排查和及时消除储油柜的密封缺陷,有助于减少日后的检修维护成本和降低设备的运行风险。
Combining with several typical seal failure cases of 500 kV transformer capsule type oil conservator in Guangxi power grid in recent years,the prevention,recognition and treatment of seal failure of 500 kV transformer capsule type oil conservator are analyzed and discussed.Practical results show that the leakage test of transformer capsule type oil conservator at acceptance stage of new device or the leakage test of operation devices which have rapid increasing gas content in oil but unknown leaking point at the power outage can effectively check and timely eliminate sealing defects of oil conservator and are helpful to reduce the future maintenance cost and the operation risk of devices.
