摘要 基于火电厂机、炉、电三大主设备及重要辅机的状态监测及评价数据,建设了一套燃煤机组发电能力评估系统。介绍了燃煤机组发电能力的评估思路,在系统硬件和软件功能设计方面,重点阐述了软件设计时设备健康状态的判定方法及过程,以及主要运行参数、环保超标、煤质煤量等因素对发电能力的影响。该系统的实施和应用,将为调度部门实时掌握燃煤机组健康状态及发电能力提供参。 A set of power generation capacity evaluation system for coal-fired unit is constructed based on status monitoring and evaluation data of three main devices:steam turbine and generator and important auxiliary machines.The evaluation thought of power generation capacity of coal-fired unit is introduced,and at aspects of system hardware and software functions design the judgment method and process of equipment health status in software design and the influence of factors including main operation parameters,over standard of environmental protection and coal quality and quantity on power generation capacity are discussed.The implementation and application of the system will provide reference for the power dispatching department to grasp the real-time health status and the power generation capacity of coal-fired unit.
