小柴胡汤治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效及其对血压、内皮素的影响

Efficacy of the Xiaochaihu decoction on posterior circulation ischemia and its effects of blood pressure and endothelin

目的:探讨小柴胡汤治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效及其对血压、内皮素的影响。方法:选取84例后循环缺血患者随机分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组予以西药常规治疗,观察组基于此予以小柴胡汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压、ET-1水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05),PCA、VA、BA的Vm水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:后循环缺血患者经小柴胡汤治疗后血压、内皮素水平明显降低,大脑血流速度明显改善。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Xiaochaihu decoction （ 小柴胡汤 ） on posterior circulation ischemia and its effect of blood pressure and endothelin. Methods： 84 patients with posterior circulation ischemia were randomly divided into observation group （n=42） and control group （n=42）, which treated them with western medicine. Results： The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The systolic, diastolic and ET-1 levels were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the Vm levels of PCA, VA and BA were significantly lower in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The blood pressure and endothelin level of patients with posterior circulation ischemia were obviously reduced and the cerebral blood flow rate was obviously improved.
