PDCA循环管理在社区对糖尿病肾病患者生活质量的影响

Efficacy of PDCA cyclic management on the quality of life in the patients with diabetic nephropathy in the community

目的:探讨PDCA管理在社区对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者生活质量的影响,为提高糖尿病肾病患者的生活质量提供理论依据。方法:选取糖尿病肾病患者40例为研究对象,在社区按PDCA管理法对其实施综合护理干预(认知干预、心理干预、饮食干预、用药干预、运动干预)6个月,分析比对干预前后患者各检验指标及生活质量变化,评定PDCA循环管理对DN患者生活质量的影响。结果:干预后DN患者的生活质量及各检验指标与干预前比较得到明显改善(P <0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理是一种有效的健康管理方法,可显著改善DN患者的各项检验指标,继而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effects of PDCA cyclic management on the quality of life in the patients with diabetic nephropathy in the community and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected as experimental objects. The patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention by PDCA cyclic management in the community for 6 months. Results： After the intervention, the quality of life and the clinical indexes were improved. Conclusion： PDCA cyclic management is an effective method of health management, can significantly improve the testing indexes and the quality of life.
