醒脾化湿口服液治疗急性眩晕症的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating acute vertigo with the Xingpi Huashi oral solution

目的:评价醒脾化湿口服液治疗急性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法:将2014年1月-2016年12月符合急性眩晕症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均以静脉输注天麻素、血塞通为基础治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上口服醒脾化湿口服液,对照组在基础治疗上口服倍他司汀片。运用临床路径管理模式,观察两组患者治疗前后眩晕改善程度、症状积分、住院天数及住院费用情况。结果:治疗组在治疗1天后、2天后、3天后眩晕改善程度及症状积分变化与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P <0.01);治疗组住院天数、住院费用均少于对照组,有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论:醒脾化湿口服液治疗急性眩晕症疗效显著,能尽早、很好的改善患者的眩晕症状,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Xingpi Huashi oral solution （醒脾化湿口服液 ） on acute vertigo. Methods： 592 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. Two groups were given basic treatment, including intravenous infusion of gastrodin and Xuesaitong （血塞通 ）. The treatment group was given the Xingpi Huashi oral solution more. The control group was given betahistine more. Results： After treatment for 1 day, 2 days and 3 days, the degree of vertigo improvement and symptom scores in the treatment guoup were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The Xingpi Huashi oral solution on acute vertigo shows good clinical efficacy, can improve dizziness, shorten hospital stay, and reduce hospitalization costs.
