全髋关节置换术患者术中护理满意度及下肢深静脉血栓形成影响

Nursing satisfaction of patients for total hip arthroplasty and effects on deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity

目的:研究髋关节置换术中护理配合对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)及满意度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2013年2月-2015年5月收治的髋部严重病变者68例,根据临床资料分成对照组(常规处理)和研究组(针对DVT实施干预),各34例,统计分析术后结果。结果:手术时间比较,P> 0.05,差异无统计学意义;而出血量、术中输血量少于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。组间术后DVT发生率及总发生率低于对照组(5.9%VS 29.4%);研究组(97.1%)满意度高于对照组(73.5%),有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:在全髋关节置换术中实施针对性护理配合,予以下肢深静脉血栓形成护理干预,可有效预防DVT发生,提高满意度。

Objective： To study efficacy of hip arthroplasty plus nursing on deep vein thrombosis of file lower extremity and its effect of nursing satisfaction. Methods： From February 2013 to May 2015, 68 cases were divided into two groups, 34 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing; and file study group was given specialty nursing for DVT. Results： There was no significant difference in operation time between two groups, P〉0.05. The amount of bleeding and intraoperative blood transfusion in the study group was less than file control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence and overall incidence of postoperative DVT in the study group were lower than those in file control group （5.9% VS 29.4%）. The satisfaction in file study group was higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： In total hip arthroplasty, specialty nursing for DVT can prevent DVT, and improve satisfaction.
