围绝经期综合征患者实施坤泰胶囊治疗过程中的护理研究

Nursing research on treating perimenopausal syndrome with the Kuntai capsule

目的:研究围绝经期综合征患者实施坤泰胶囊治疗过程中的护理模式。方法:将采用坤泰胶囊治疗的100例围绝经期综合征患者根据随机数字表分为常规组与研究组,所有受试对象均需要接受常规护理,后者另给予基于循证医学理念的综合护理。对比临床疗效、护理前后症状评分(KI评分)、子宫内膜厚度、生存质量评分(SF-36评分)变化及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组临床疗效分布和总有效率(TER)与常规组对比均可见差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组和常规组护理后KI评分均显著降低(P <0.05)、子宫内膜厚度和SF-36评分均显著升高(P <0.05),且护理后研究组上述各项指标与常规组对比差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率远低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论:对围绝经期综合征患者实施坤泰胶囊治疗过程中应用基于循证医学理念的综合护理模式能够显著增强临床疗效,改善临床症状、子宫内膜厚度和生存质量,且还可避免不良反应。

Objective： To study file nursing mode in treatment of the Kuntai capsule （坤泰胶囊 ） on perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome treated with the Kuntai capsule were divided into the routine group and the study group. All patients were given routine nursing; and the study group was given comprehensive nursing more. The clinical efficacy, KI score, endometxial thickness, SF-36 score and adverse reaction rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy distribution and total efficiency in file study group were statistically better （P〈0.05）. After treatment, file KI scores in two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Endometxial thickness and SF-36 scores in two groups were significantly increased （P〈0.05）, and the above indexes in file study group were statistically better （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was much lower than that in file control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of the comprehensive nursing model in file treatment of Kuntai capsule on perimenopausal syndrome can significantly enhance clinical efficacy, improve clinical symptoms, endometxial thickness and quality of life, and avoid adverse reactions.
