调经止血汤治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床研究

Treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with the Tiaojing Zhixue decoction

目的:分析青春期功能失调性子宫出血应用调经止血汤治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院2017年3月-2018年1月收治的77例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者分组观察,对照组36例应用常规西药治疗,研究组41例在对照组基础上联合应用调经止血汤治疗,对比临床疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗后总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组患者治疗后总有效率80.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.940,P <0.05),研究组患者治疗后血流量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),对照组患者阴道停止出血时间、平均住院时间均长于研究组,治疗后症状改善评分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:青春期功能失调性子宫出血应用调经止血汤治疗,疗效好,血流量改善明显,安全性高,治疗价值显著。

Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the Tiaojing Zhixue decoction （调经止血汤） on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： From March 2017 to January 2018, 77 patients were divided into two groups. 36 patients were given conventional western medicine as the control group; and 41 patients were given the Tiaojing Zhixue decoction more as the study group. Results： The total efficiency was 95.12% in the study group, higher than 80.56% in the control group （x2=3.940, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the blood flow in the study group was higher （P〈0.05）. The bleeding time and average hospitalization time in the control group were longer; and the symptom improvement score after treatment was lower than that in the study group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant adverse reactions during the treatment period between two groups. Conclusion： The Tiaojing Zhixue decoction on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding shows a good effect, is safe and worthy of promotion.
