复方黄柏液联合VSD治疗褥疮蕴毒腐溃型创面的临床疗效观察

Effective observation on treating bedsore of the Yundu Fukui type with the Fufang Huangbai lotion plus VSD

目的:观察中成药复方黄柏液联合VSD技术持续冲洗创面在治疗褥疮蕴毒腐溃型中的疗效。方法:对符合褥疮蕴毒腐溃型诊断标准的患者应用VSD技术进行创面处理,同时配合复方黄柏液持续滴注的中西医结合治疗方法。结果:试验组在改善创面分泌物、肉芽组织生长、创周红肿方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液联合VSD技术对创面持续冲洗可有效改善褥疮创面肉芽组织形态、减少分泌物、减轻创周红肿,从而加速创面愈合,方法可行,疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Fufang Huangbai lotion （ 复方黄柏液 ） plus VSD on bedsore of the Yundu Fukui type （ 蕴毒腐溃型 ）. Methods： All patients were given file Fufang Huangbai lotion plus VSD. Results： Improvement of wound secretions, granulation tissue growth and periadal redness in the experimentel group were better （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Fufang Huangbai lotion plus VSD on bedsore of file Yundu Fukui type can effectively improve granulation morphology, reduce secretion and reduce peripheral redness, thus accelerate wound healing, feasible method and reliable curative effect.
