摘要
目的:探讨中医特色护理对ICU患者行护理干预后效果观察和满意度分析。方法:选取2017年1-10月我院接诊68例ICU患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为研究组和对照组各34例,对照组患者采用常规干预护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上行中医特色护理,对两组患者临床护理效果和护理满意度进行比较。结果:研究组患者抑郁、敌对、躯体化评分明显低于对照组患者,差异明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者对中医特色护理满意度(97.06%)明显高于对照组(76.48%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.610169,P=0.031783)。结论:采用中医特色护理应用于ICU病房后,效果明显,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM nursing on ICU and nursing satisfaction. Methods： From January to October 2017, 68 cases were divided into two groups, 34 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing; and the study group was given TCM nursing more. Results： In file study group, the depression score, hostile score and somatization score were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction in the study group was 97.06%, significantly higher than 76.48% in the control group （x2= 4.610169, P =0.031783）. Conclusion： TCM nursing on ICU shows a significant effect, and is worthy of promotion.
