摘要
目的:研究护患沟通技巧在急诊输液护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年10月我院急诊输液室收治的患者400例,根据先后顺序分组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加护患沟通技巧,对比两组的护患纠纷发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度等。结果:观察组患者中护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,且对护理的满意度高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组的护理质量评分高于对照组,P <0.05。结论:护患沟通技巧的应用有利于急诊输液室患者与护理人员之间的良好沟通,减少纠纷发生,提高护理质量,值得推广。
Objective: To study the application value of nurse-patient communication skills in emergency infusion nursing. Methods: 400 patients were divided into two groups according to their sequence. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given nurse-patient communication skills more. The incidence of nurse-patient disputes, nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction between groups were compared. Results: The incidence of nursing disputes in file observation group was significantly lower than the control group; file degree of satisfaction with nursing was higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The nursing quality score in the observation group was higher than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The nurse-patient communication skills is conducive to good communication between patients and nurses in emergency transfusion room, can reduce disputes and improve file quality of nursing, is worthy of promotion.
