摘要
本文旨在探讨"微课"在医学研究生教学中的应用,主要通过分析当前医学研究生的学习特点、教学中一些教学手段的利弊,提出"微课"在医学研究生教学中作为一种补充手段的必要,从而为促进医学研究生教学、提高教学质量提供一种参考途径。
The application of Micro-teaching in teaching medical postgraduate were explored. Mainly by analyzing the learning characteristics of current medical postgraduates and the advantages and disadvantages of some teaching methods, and the Micro-teaching as a supplementary means in medical postgraduate teaching was proposed. It is a reference way for promoting medical postgraduate teaching and improving teaching quality.
