济南清代状元府测绘调研及活化策略研究

Surveying and Mapping and Activation Strategy Research of the Qing Dynasty Scholar Mansion in Ji'nan

济南老城遗留文物建筑颇多,但由于缺乏配套资金及历史遗留问题,一些文保单位已渐失去往日光辉日趋衰败,该文以济南鞭指巷状元府为例,详细调研测绘该建筑现状并分析衰败原因,并从活化历史改善民生角度提出一系列的改造再利用方案,意在盘活文物建筑并使其重现光辉。

There are a lot of historical relics in Ji＇nan old town, but due to lack of supporting funds and historical problems, some bump units have gradually lost past glorious and decaying. Taking Ji＇nan Bianzhi Lane Scholar Mansion for example, we make a detailed survey on the building＇s status and analyze the decayed cause, and put forward a series of reform scheme from the perspective of activating history and improving people＇s livelihood, so as to revitalize the historical building and make it recur.
