在城市更新和经济发展的时代背景下,我国酒店业发展初期的许多宾馆已经无法满足大众的个性化住宿体验要求。主题酒店因其独特的文化特性和良好体验,成为酒店经营者改造的目标和未来酒店发展的趋势。该文通过对尖微主题酒店的改造过程进行研究,探索中小型主题酒店改造策划和设计方法。

In the context of urban renewal and economic development, lots of hotels which were built in the early development of hotel industry are unable to meet the personalized accommodation requirement. Theme hotel has become a transformation target for hotel operators and future hotel development trend because of its cultural characteristics and good experience. Taking Shanghai JV Theme hotel transformation as an example, we explore planning and design methods of small theme hotel transformation.
