摘要
分析了矿用液压支架的结构组成及特点,结合工程实际,建立了液压支架的三维模型,并针对液压支架结构存在设计不合理及结构重量偏重现象,开展了矿用液压支架轻量化设计的结构拓扑优化分析。结果表明:优化后的液压支架顶梁和掩护梁在满足工程实际使用强度条件下,具有结构分布更加合理、结构用料更少且重量更轻的特点,有效降低企业了产品生产成本,方便了产品的运输。
This paper analyzes the structure composition and characteristics of mine hydraulic support, establishes the three-dimensional model of hydraulic support, and aims at the unreasonable design of hydraulic support structure and the phenomenon of structural weight bias. The structural topology optimization analysis of lightweight design of mine hydraulic support is carried out. The results show that the top beam and cover beam of the optimized hydraulic support have the characteristics of more reasonable structure distribution, less material and lighter weight, which can effectively reduce the production cost of the product. It facilitates the transportation of products.
