摘要
在分析了现有液压支架优缺点的基础上,利用Creo仿真分析软件建立了某型矿用液压支架的三维模型,然后利用ABAQUS工程模拟有限元分析软件对其进行静强度的应力仿真分析。根据分析结果得出:该型液压支架中受力较大的部位,并根据分析结果对其结构进行了优化,为矿用液压支架的结构优化提供了理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing hydraulic support, the 3 D model of a mine hydraulic support is established by using the Creo simulation analysis software. Then, the static stress analysis of ABAQUS engineering simulation finite element analysis software is carried out. According to the analysis results, it is concluded that the structure of this type of hydraulic support is optimized according to the result of the analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of mine hydraulic support.
