摘要
针对现有工况传递路径分析方法在计算设备振动传递路径的频响函数时存在的缺陷和不足,提出一种多工况分段函数法。本方法将频响函数划分为多个分段函数,在每个分段内的不同频率处列方程,并结合不同工况,求解分段函数中的未知参数,从而获得未知的频响函数。为验证该方法的准确性,利用某型海水泵进行实验,计算海水泵进口管路和出口管路的支撑点到评估点的频响函数。实验结果显示:在300~700Hz频段内,频响函数的计算值与测试值总级相差1 dB,满足工程要求。由此可见,运用本方法计算设备振动传递路径的频响函数是切实可行的。
To overcome the shortcomings of the existing working condition transmission path analysis methods in calculating the frequency response function of the vibration transmission path of equipment, a multi-working condition piecewise function method is proposed. In this method, the frequency response function is divided into several piecewise functions, and the equations are arranged at different frequencies in each piecewise. The unknown parameters of the piecewise function are solved in combination with different working conditions, so as to obtain the unknown frequency response function. In order to verify the accuracy of the method, the frequency response function from the support point of the inlet and outlet pipelines to the evaluation point of the seawater pump is calculated by using a certain type of seawater pump. The experimental results show that the calculated value of frequency response function is 1 dB different from the total test value in the frequency range of 300~700 Hz, which meets the engineering requirements. Therefore, it is feasible to calculate the frequency response function of the vibration transmission path of the equipment.
