摘要
介绍了矿用液压支架目前的研究现状,并对其结构特点进行了分析,采用SolidWorks软件和Abaqus软件建立了液压支架仿真模型,开展了矿用液压支架在底座两端加载和扭转加载条件下的仿真分析研究。结果表明:液压支架在两种工况下,各主要部件均存在不同程度的应力集中现象,在使用过程中,应加强对各主要部件上应力较大区域的结构保护,提高焊接部位的焊接质量,以保证液压支架的使用安全和使用性能。
The present research situation of mine hydraulic support is introduced, and its structural characteristics are analyzed. The simulation model of hydraulic support is established by using SolidWor ks software and Abaqus software.The simulation analysis of mine hydraulic support under the loading and torsional loading conditions of the base is carried out. The results show that the main components of the hydraulic support have different degree of stress concentration phenomenon under two working conditions. In the process of use, the structural protection of the large stress area on the main components should be strengthened, and the welding quality of the welding site should be improved to ensure the use of hydraulic support safety and performance.
