This paper mainly introduces the fixture structure of a comb-type CNC spline shaft milling machine. The structure, working principle and characteristics of the fixture are analyzed in detail. The machine tool for this fixture is YKS3120 six-axis gear hobbing machine produced by Nanjing No. 2 Gear Machine tool Co., Ltd. and YKX6012 NC spline shaft milling machine made by Qinghai No. 2 Machine tool. It is suitable for machining some shaft-tooth parts and can shorten the time of changing production and raise productivity.
