摘要
通过对多挡变速器后副箱挂挡原理的了解,解析主副箱互锁机构技术要点。运用这种技术设计改进的主副箱互锁结构,具有结构简单、操作方便且成本低的优点,可以有效保护副箱同步器,在实际技术应用中取得了良好的效果,对新产品开发有一定的参考价值。
Through the understanding of the gearing principle of the rear auxiliary case of the multi-gear transmission,the technical essentials of the main and auxiliary case interlocking mechanism are analyzed. The improved interlocking structure of the main and auxiliary boxes by this technology has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and low cost. It can effectively protect the auxiliary box synchronizer. It has achieved good results in practical application and has certain reference value for the development of new products.
