摘要
以ZY4000型掩护式液压支架作为研究对象,建立了液压支架的仿真模型,通过ANSYS软件,开展了矿用液压支架在不同工况下的仿真分析研究。研究表明,矿用液压支架的顶梁、底座均出现了较大程度的应力集中和位移变化现象,在不同工况下均为主要的受力部件,该研究对提高液压支架的可靠性和使用寿命、保障井下作业安全具有重要指导意义。
Taking ZY4000 shield hydraulic support as the research object, the simulation model of hydraulic support is established, and the simulation analysis of mining hydraulic support under different working conditions is carried out by ANSYS software. The research shows that there appear stress concentration and displacement change of the top beam and the base of the mining hydraulic support to a great extent, which are the main force components under different working conditions. The research has important guiding significance for improving the reliability and service life of the hydraulic support and ensuring the safety of underground operation.
