摘要
根据工作面开采中出现的问题,对该工作面支架进行了适应性分析。分析结果表明:该工作面支架整体初撑力偏小,是造成工作面煤壁片帮、顶板离层加重以及顶板下沉量增加的主要原因;在统计的支架中发现部分支架阻力已经接近支架额定工作阻力,说明工作面选用支架工作阻力偏小;对支架前后立柱受载情况的分析表明,工作面支架存在普遍的偏载现象,受力主要集中在前立柱上,后立柱受力较小,偏载现象严重影响了支架初撑力的发挥,造成支架稳定性较差。分析结果将为工作面三机配套选型提供数据支撑,从而解决工作面支架适应性较差的问题。
According to the problems in mining face, the adaptability analysis of the support is carried out. The analysis results show that the overall initial support force of the working face is small, which is the main cause of the coal face wall, roof separation and the increase of roof subsidence. In the statistical support, it is found that some of the support resistance is close to the working resistance rating of the support, which indicates that the working resistance of the working face with the support is small, and the analysis of the load situation of the pillar before and after the support shows that there is a general phenomenon of bias load on the support in the working face. The stress is mainly concentrated on the front column, but the force on the rear column is relatively small. The phenomenon of eccentric load seriously affects the exertion of the initial support force of the support. The stability of the scaffold is poor. The analysis results will provide data support for the type selection of the three machines in the working face and solve the problem of poor adaptability of the support in the working face.
