煤矿螺杆式空压机远程监测系统方案研究

摘要 分析了螺杆式空压机的结构组成以及对空压机监测系统功能的要求,通过对主要监测参数的确定,对煤矿螺杆式空压机远程监控系统的总体方案进行研究。该方案的实施可实现对空压机各类参数指标及常见故障的准确判断和预警提示,为煤矿空压机的安全运行起到重要的保障作用。 The structure of screw-air compressor and the requirement of its monitoring system function are analyzed.The overall scheme of remote monitoring system for screw-air compressor in coal mine is studied by determining the main monitoring parameters. The implementation of the scheme can realize the accurate judgment and warning of various parameters and common faults of the air compressor, and play an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the air compressor in coal mine.
