摘要
深入考察和研究了电牵引采煤机变频器在使用过程中出现的问题。基于现有电牵引采煤机变频器存在的问题,提出改进措施及改进中应注意的问题。技术改进后的电牵引采煤机变频器在保障了电牵引采煤机稳定工作的同时,也提高了其工作效率,现场应用效果良好。
The problems of frequency converter in electric traction shearer are investigated and studied. Based on the problems existing in the frequency converter of electric traction shearer, the improvement measures and the problems needing attention in the improvement are put forward. After technical improvement, the frequency converter of electric traction shearer not only ensures the stable work of electric traction shearer, but also improves its working efficiency,and the field application effect is good.
