摘要
针对煤矿井下瓦斯抽放泵由于用电负荷大而导致的高压真空配电装置频繁越级跳闸现象,根据高压配电装置电流保护原理,通过安装变频高压软启动器相互整定配合对电机在使用过程中进行有效的保护,提高了瓦斯抽放效率与质量,保障了矿井的正常生产秩序。
In view of the phenomenon of frequent overstep tripping of high voltage vacuum distribution device caused by heavy electric load in underground gas drainage pump in coal mine, according to the principle of current protection of high voltage distribution device, by installing frequency conversion and high voltage soft starter, the motor can be protected effectively in the process of operation, the efficiency and quality of gas drainage can be improved, and the normal production order of mine can be guaranteed.
