Optimum Layout of Extraction Drilling Holes of Kilometer Drillers in Yuwu Coal Mining Face

基于余吾煤业千米钻机应用现状和煤矿井下施工条件,通过对松软煤体钻孔塌孔机理进行分析,提出了定向钻孔优化布置原则,并对"纵向"和"横向"两种定向钻孔布置方式进行研究,制定出适合该类煤层的掘进工作面千米钻机抽采钻孔优化布置。

Based on the present situation of the application of Yuwu coal industry kilometer drilling rig and the underground construction conditions of coal mine, through the analysis of hole collapse mechanism of soft coal body,the principle of directional drilling optimization arrangement is put forward. Two kinds of directional drilling arrangement modes, ＂longitudinal＂ and ＂transverse＂, are studied, and the optimum arrangement of the drilling-out drilling holes by the kilometer drilling machine in the driving working face is explored, which is suitable for this kind of coal seam.
