新型TCS粗煤泥分选机在太原选煤厂的应用研究

Application Research of new TCS Coarse Slime Separator in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

阐述了TCS粗煤泥分选机在太原选煤厂块煤分选的成功实践案例,分析了增加TCS粗煤泥分选机的必要性、结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数以及工艺流程。实践表明,采用TCS粗煤泥分选机实现了对0.5~0.125 mm细煤泥的分选,设备投入使用后有效提升了太原选煤厂的洗选效率,同时提高了精煤回收率,降低了介质消耗和生产成本。

This paper expounds the successful practice of TCS coarse slime separator in lump coal separation of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant, and analyzes the necessity, structure, working principle, technical characteristics,technical parameters and technological process of adding TCS coarse slime separator. Practice shows that the use of TCS coarse slime separator realizes the separation of 0.5~0.125 mm fine slime. And the equipment put into use effectively improved the efficiency of Taiyuan coal preparation plant, while improving the recovery of clean coal,reducing medium consumption and production costs.
