基于嵌入式技术的火箭扫雷车发火系统检测仪设计

摘要 根据某型火箭扫雷车发火系统的工作原理,分析了其故障特点、故障参数和故障分布部位,研制了基于嵌入式技术的便携式发火系统故障检测仪。该检测仪由硬件和软件两部分组成,硬件由嵌入式微处理器STC5A60S2、键盘和高亮数码管等输入/输出设备、显示设备、存储设备、信号适配器和专用连接电缆等组成。软件系统基于专家系统设计,实现了2种工作模式(即简易模式和专家模式)下的工作,在简易模式下,实现简单的系统检测和系统代用,在专家模式下,实现了系统检测、系统代用、排障向导和参数管理四个功能。整机设计合理、性能可靠,具有很高的使用价值。 According to the working principle of the firing system of a certain type of rocket mine sweeper, its fault characteristics, fault parameters and fault location are analyzed, and a portable firing system fault detector based on embedded technology is developed. The tester consists of hardware and software. The hardware consists of an embedded microprocessor STC5 A60 S2, a keyboard and a highlight digital tube and other input/output devices, a display device, a storage device, a signal adapter and a dedicated connecting cable. Based on the expert system design,the software system realizes the work under two working modes(simple mode and expert mode). Under the simple mode, it realizes simple system detection and system substitution. Under the expert mode, it realizes four functions:system detection, system substitution, obstacle removal guide and parameter management. The whole machine is reasonable in design and reliable in performance, and has high use value.
