摘要 在分析选煤厂破碎机电气控制系统的基础上,给出系统框图、硬件设计方法以及软件设计方法。根据该方法设计的破碎机电气系统可将系统处于运行状态的各种系统参数、状态信息、故障信息传送至人机界面,便于监测和监控。经过试验,该选煤厂破碎机电气系统运行稳定,可在降低工人劳动强度的同时,保证生产的安全性和可靠性。 On the basis of analyzing the electrical control system of crusher in coal preparation plant, the system block diagram, hardware design method and software design method are given. According to this method, the electrical system of crusher can transmit the system parameters, state information and fault information to the man-machine interface, which is convenient for monitoring and monitoring. The test results show that the electrical system of the crusher in the coal preparation plant is stable, which can reduce the labor intensity of the workers and ensure the safety and reliability of the production at the same time.
