摘要 为了解决管路冰冻阻塞的情况,特设计了一种风压接线盒,同时为了使倒机的操作步骤更加简单,编写了"一键倒机"的程序;与此同时为了防止变频谐波对电源产生影响,在在线监控系统中额外增加了一个对变频器监控的子程序。通过一系列的实践应用表明,以上改进方法实现了KJZ型矿井主要通风机在线监控系统的稳定、可靠运行,并使系统更易于工作人员进行操作。 In order to solve the problem of freezing and blocking of pipes, a kind of wind pressure junction box is designed. In order to make the operation of the inverted machine more simple, the program of "one-button tipping machine" is written. At the same time, in order to prevent the influence of frequency conversion harmonics on the power supply, an additional subroutine is added to the on-line monitoring system. A series of practical applications show that the above improved method can realize the stable and reliable operation of the online monitoring system of the main ventilator in KJZ mine, and make the system easier for the staff to operate.
