摘要
提出了一种基于PLC的采煤机红外线位置监测系统,并对改系统的整体结构及监测、控制原理进行了分析,通过模拟实验,对采煤机和液压支架的相对位置进行判断。该监测系统在工作中能够及时捕捉红外线信号,位置监测精度高、速度快,确保液压支架位置调整的精确性和作业效率。
A kind of infrared position monitoring system of shearer based on PLC is put forward, and the whole structure, monitoring and control principle of the system are analyzed. The monitoring system can catch infrared signal in time, and the position monitoring precision is high and the speed is fast, which ensures the accuracy and efficiency of hydraulic support position adjustment.
