摘要
针对一般掘进机系统在工作时因对人工经验依赖性极大、可靠性差而频繁导致截割机构驱动电机处于欠载、超负荷运行的情况,提出了一种新的基于PLC的掘进机恒功率调速系统。在该控制系统中利用PLC控制单元强大的数据处理能力建立起了自适应的模糊控制调速系统,并利用MATLAB仿真分析软件对该控制系统的控制过程进行了仿真分析,结果表明该恒功率控制系统能够确保掘进机在工作时的恒功率运行,极大提升了掘进机在工作时的稳定性和可靠性。
In view of the fact that the driving motor of the cutting mechanism is under-loaded and overloaded frequently because of the great dependence on manual experience and poor reliability of the general roadheader system, a new constant power speed regulation system of the roadheader based on PLC is proposed. In this control system, an adaptive fuzzy control speed control system is established by using the powerful data processing ability of the PLC control unit, and the control process of the control system is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB simulation analysis software. The results show that the constant power control system can ensure the constant power operation of the roadheader at work. It greatly improves the stability and reliability of roadheader in operation.
