摘要
针对在模具加工过程中对于其表面质量和加工精度要求较高的问题,分析了模具常见的质量优化项点,并从表面加工质量和模具加工精度等质量优化项点出发,分析并制定了基于数控加工技术的模具质量优化方法。
Aiming at the problem that the surface quality and machining precision are high in the process of mould machining, and the common quality optimization items of die are analyzed. Based on the quality optimization points such as surface machining quality and die machining precision, the method of die quality optimization based on NC machining technology is analyzed and established.
