摘要
在简要分析了充填采煤技术难点、发展概况以及目标要求的基础上,系统地介绍了综合技术化固体填充采煤一体化技术,并对该技术的系统布置、液压支架等关键设备进行了详细分析,同时,以山西某大型河堤下充填开采煤炭为例对该技术的应用效果进行了评价。实践表明:综合机械化充填采煤一体化技术具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值,可实现对"三下"压煤状态下的高效、安全开采。
Based on the brief analysis of the technical difficulties, development and target requirements of filling coal mining, this paper systematically introduces the integrated technology of integrated solid filling coal mining, and the systematic arrangement of the technology. The key equipment, such as hydraulic support, is analyzed in detail, and the application effect of this technology is evaluated by taking the coal mining under a large river embankment in Shanxi province as an example. The practice shows that the integrated technology of comprehensive mechanized filling and coal mining has broad application prospect and popularizing value, and can realize the high efficiency and safety mining under the condition of "three down" coal compaction.
