关于矿山皮带运输机受料斗的设计分析

Design and Analysis on the Hopper of Belt Conveyer in Mine

分析了矿山皮带运输机受料斗设计原则与原理,在前人研究基础上,经反复的研究,设计与改进了常用受料斗,以解决皮带在运输机中容易发生严重皮带磨损、跑偏、跑料以及溅料等问题,这对于矿山施工之中物料运输具有指导性的意义。

This paper analyzes the design principle and principle of the hopper of belt conveyer in mine. On the basis of previous research and through repeated research, the commonly used hopper is designed and improved to solve the serious belt wear and deviation of belt in conveyer. The problems of material running and splashing are instructive for material transportation in mine construction.
