目的:探讨C肽释放试验反应曲线类型,在评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞功能,以及其在临床治疗方案中的指导价值。方法:对300例T2DM患者进行口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)及C肽释放试验测定,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:2型糖尿病患者C肽释放试验反应曲线有4种不同类型及比例为:普通型4.67%、高峰延迟型77%、高峰低平型11%、低反应型7.33%。结论:T2DM患者胰岛β细胞存在不同程度的缺陷,C肽反应曲线类型对于病情严重程度的判断和临床选择血糖有效控制的个性化治疗方案有很好的指导作用。

Objective： To investigate the guiding value of C peptide release test response curve type in the evaluation the cell function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） islet beta, as well as its clinical treatment. Methods： 300 cases of T2DM patients were treated with oral glucose tolerance test （OGTT） and C peptide release test, and the results are compared. Results： Patients with type 2 diabetes C peptide release test response curve had four different types and scale： ordinary 4.67% ;peak type delay 77%; peak type low 11% ; 7.33% of low reaction type. Conclusion：T2DM patients with pancreatic islet beta cells exist different degrees of defects, C peptide response curve type for the illness severity judgment and selection of clinical blood sugar control of personalized therapy has good guidance.
