开环式微创痔上粘膜切除吻合术(TST术)与Milligan-Morgan术治疗痔病疗效及术后并发症对比

Comparison of Efficacy and Postoperative Complications of Milligan-morgan Hemorrhoidectomy and Mucous Membrane Excision Anastomosis on Open-loop Decay and Hemorrhoid(TST)

目的:研究分析痔病采用开环式微创痔上粘膜切除吻合术(TST术)与Milligan-Morgan术治疗的效果以及术后情况。方法:将2016年5月份~2017年5月份收治接受治疗的痔疮患者96例按照治疗方式的不同分成两组,TST组实施开环式微创痔上粘膜切除吻合术,M-M组实施Milligan-Morgan术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗相关情况以及术后情况。结果:TST组手术操作时间、住院时间较M-M组比较均有不同程度的缩短;TST组术后并发症发生率8.33%,较M-M组18.75%的发生率有明显差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:痔病采用TST手术具有操作简单,手术时间短,术后并发症少,疼痛程度低,缩短患者住院时间,加快患者的预后,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the effect and postoperative situation of mucous membrane excision anas tomosis on open loop decay and hemorrhoid（TST） andMilligan morgan on hemorrhoid disease. Methods： 96 cases of patients with hemorrhoids treated from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups accord ing to the differece of therapy methods, TST group wea treated with mucous membrane excision anastomosis on open loop decay and hemorrhoid, M M group received Milligan morgan treatment, compared treatment effect, treatment and post operation of two groups. Results： The operation time and hospitalization time of the TST group were reduced to different degrees compared with that of the M M group. Compared with M M group , the incidence of postoperative complications of TST group was 8.33 %, which was significantly high er than that in M M group （18. 75 %）, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Hemorrhoids with TST operation has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, less postoperative complica tions, low pain degree, shortening the hospitalization time and accelerating the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
