156例肺炎患儿辅助机械振动排痰的效果观察

Effect of Auxiliary Mechanical Vibration Drainage in 156 Children with Pneumonia

目的:研究机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床应用效果。方法:以某院2017年1月~2017年12月收治的肺炎患儿156例作为观察研究对象,随机分为人工排痰的对照组(n=78)以及机械振动排痰的观察组(n=78),治疗1个月后,统计分析两组患儿治疗相关指标。结果:(1)观察组患儿日排痰量(16.8±3.5)ml高于对照组,咳嗽消失时间(6.3±1.6)d、肺部啰音消失时间(4.7±0.9)d、住院时间(7.5±1.7)d均低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者治疗的总有效率高达96.15%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机械振动辅助排痰在治疗小儿肺炎中,效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective：To study the clinical application effect of auxiliary mechanical vibration drainage in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods： 156 children with pneumonia admitted in a hospital from Jan uary 2017 to December 2017 were studied and randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=78） with artificial drainage and the observation group（n=78） with mechanical vibration drainage. After one month of treatment, the effect of two groups were observed. Results： （1）The amount of sputum excretion in the observation group was（16. 8 ± 3. 5）ml/d, higher than control group, and the time of disappearance of cough and lung rale were（6.3±1. 6）d and（4.7±0. 9）d. The hospitalization time was（7. 5±1.7）d, lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05） ;（2）In the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was 96.15%, higher than the control group with total efficiency of treatment 79.49% ,the difference was statisti cally significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Auxiliary mechanical vibration drainage is effective in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and is worth popularizing.
