超声引导下经皮射频消融术对直径<2cm肝癌患者术后1年内生存率、癌灶转移率影响

Effect of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Radiofrequency Ablation on the Survival Rate and Metastasis Rate of Within 1-year-postoperation of Hepatocellular Carcinoma<2cm in Diameter

目的:探究超声引导下经皮射频消融术对直径<2cm肝癌患者术后1年内生存率、癌灶转移率的影响。方法:选取某院2015年3月~2017年3月直径<2cm肝癌患者78例,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=39),对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,观察组给予超声引导下经皮射频消融术治疗,对比两组术后1年内生存率、癌灶转移率及手术并发症(黄疸、腹水、发热、剧烈疼痛)情况。结果:两组术后1年内生存率、癌灶转移率对比,差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组手术并发症(黄疸、腹水、发热、剧烈疼痛)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下经皮射频消融术与传统开腹手术对直径<2cm肝癌患者癌灶转移率、术后1年内生存率效果相当,前者可降低并发症发生率。

Objective： To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation on the survival rate and metastasis rate of within 1 year postoperation of hepatocellular carcinoma 〈2cm in diameter. Methods： 78 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma 〈2cm in diameter in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group （n=39） and observation group （n=39）. The control group received conventional open surgery, while the observation group received ultrasound guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation. The survival rate, metastasis rate and operative complications （jaun dice, ascites, fever, severe pain） were compared between the two groups within one year after operation. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups in survival rate and metastasis rate with in 1 year after operation （P〉0. 05）, and the incidence of complications （jaundice, ascites, fever, severe pain） in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasound guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and traditional open surgery have the same effect on metastasis rate and survival rate of liver cancer patients with diameter less than 2cm. The former can reduce the inci dence of complications.
