深圳市光明新区2017年中小学生健康状况分析

Analysis of Primary and Secondary School Students' Health Status in Shenzhen Guangming New District

目的:了解深圳市光明新区2017年中小学生健康体检结果,分析学生身高、体重、眼病、龋齿等。方法:将深圳市光明新区社区的体检结果录入到EXCEL,然后对资料进行收集和整理,最后用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:(1)全体学生体检结果总合格率为43.32%,无肥胖和超重情况;学生身高、体重随年龄的增长而增加,男生在11~14岁是生长高峰,女生在11~14岁是生长高峰,男生身高、体重发育要快于女生;(2)沙眼检测项目中小学五年级男女沙眼患病率有统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)小学阶段,女生龋齿率显著高于男生(P<0.05);初中阶段,女生龋齿率显著高于男生(P<0.05)。结论:深圳市光明新区2017年中小学生体检项目全部合格率不高,尤其小学生沙眼、龋齿患病率高,应加强健康教育,采取多种预防措施,提高学生的健康水平。

Objective： To understand the health examination results of primary and middle school students in Shenzhen Guangming new district in 2017, and to analyze the students＂ height, weight, eye dis ease, decayed tooth,etc. Methods： The physical examination results of Guangming new district typed into EXCEl., and then collected and sorted the data. Finally, SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analy sis. Results：（1）The overall passing rate of physical examination of all students was 43.32%,no obesity and overweight was found. The height and weight of students increased with age, The growth peak of boys is 11 ~14years old, while that of girls is 11~14years old. Boys grow faster than girls in height and weight. （2） There was a statistical difference in the prevalence rate of trachoma between male and female in the fifth grade of primary and middle school in the trachoma detection project （P〈0.05）. （3） In primary school, the decayed tooth rate of girls was significantly higher than that of boys （P〈0.05）. In junior high school, the decayed tooth rate of girls was significantly higher than that of boys （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The passing rate of primary and secondary school students＂ physical examination in Guangming new district in 2017 is not high, especially primary trachoma and decayed tooth rate. The health education should be strengthened and various preventive measures should be taken to improve studentd health.
