ω-3脂肪酸联合利奈唑胺急诊治疗严重脓毒症的效果及对患者S-100β蛋白变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨给予严重脓毒症患者ω-3脂肪酸联合利奈唑胺急诊治疗的效果。方法:选取32例2016年5月~2018年5月进入某院接受急诊治疗的32例严重脓毒症患者分为对照组(n=16)和观察组(n=16),分别给予常规治疗和ω-3脂肪酸+利奈唑胺急诊治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后6、12、24h的S-100β蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:严重脓毒症患者急诊治疗中联合使用ω-3脂肪酸、利奈唑胺,可获得更理想疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ω- 3 fatty acid combined with linezolid in emergency treatment for severe sepsis patients. Methods: 32 patients with severe sepsis admitted to a hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were divided into control group (n=16) and observation group (n=16), they were given conventional treatment and ω-3 fatty acid plus linezolid for emergency treatment, curative effects of the 2 groups were observed. Results: After treatment,the levels of CRP, TNF -α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0. 05) ;The levels of S -100β protein in the observation group at 6h, 12h and 24h after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Combination of ω- 3 fatty acids and linezolid in the emergency treatment of severe sepsis can achieve better efficacy.
