改良胃管固定方法在临床护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Modified Gastric tube Fixation Method in Clinical Nursing

目的:探究临床护理中实施改良胃管固定法的效果。方法:择取2016年2月~2018年2月期间在某院接受治疗的脑梗后吞咽困难、老年进食困难需留置胃管的患者共35例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间先后顺序进行组别划分,包括对照组(n=17)及观察组(n=18),两组患者留置胃管后分别行常规胶带固定法及改良胃管固定法,采取统计学方法对两组患者置管不良反应、胃管留置时间、脱管、非计划性拔管以及置管舒适度等指标进行计算和分析。结果:观察组置管不良反应、胃管脱管、非计划性拔管发生率相较于对照组显著更低,而胃管留置时间及舒适度评分相较于对照组则明显更高,组间数据有较大差异,经比较符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:留置胃管患者临床护理中实施改良胃管固定法可有效增加患者胃管留置时间,减少脱管及红肿等置管不良反应发生率,进而可提升患者置管舒适度,因此该种固定方法更值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of modified gastric tube fixation method in clinical nursing. Methods： A total of 35 patients with dysphagia or dysphagia after treatment in a hospital need to be retained in the gastric tube treated in a hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the control group （n=17） and the observation group （n=18） according to the order of admission. The two groups of patients were treated with conventional tape fixation and modified gastric tube fixation after in dwelling the gastric tube. Statistical methods were used to treat the two groups of patients. Calculations and analysis were performed on indicators such as response, gastric tube indwelling time, tube removal, un planned extubation, and catheter comfort. Results： The incidence of adverse tube catheterization, gastric tube detubation, and unplanned extubation was significantly lower in the observation group than in the con trol group, while the gastric tube indwelling time and comfort score were significantly higher than that in the control group, there were significant differences in data between groups, and the comparison was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The modified gastric tube fixation method in clinical nursing of patients with indwelling gastric tube can effectively increase the retention time of gastric tube in patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as catheterization and redness, and improve the comfort of catheterization.
