摘要
根据复合管的制坯特点,利用DEFORM软件仿真了不同壁厚下的复合管坯三辊热轧复合过程。根据仿真结果,对比分析了热轧复合管坯过程中不同壁厚复合管坯到成品管的塑性变形过程,并确定了复合管坯制坯的外管和内管最佳厚度比为1∶2,为实际生产和理论研究提供了指导依据。
Based on the characteristics of the billet of the composite pipe,the process of three-roll hot rolling of composite pipe under different wall thickness is simulated by using DEFORM software.According to simulation results,the plastic deformation process of hot-rolled double-layer metal composite pipe with different wall thickness ratio is analyzed,and the optimum thickness ratio of compound pipe billet is obtained which is 1∶2.It provides guidance for practical production and theoretical research of hot rolled double-layer metal composite pipe.
