摘要
基于多体动力学理论,利用多体动力学分析软件SIMPACK建立了某型地铁车辆动力学模型。分别计算了转向架空气弹簧在正常情况和失效情况下的动力学性能指标,研究了空气弹簧失效对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响。计算结果表明:在空气弹簧失效后,车辆的平稳性和曲线通过能力变差,部分工况下的车体振动加速度以及车辆安全性指标超过了限定值。
Based on multi-body dynamics theory,the model of a metro vehicle was established and simulated by using SIMPACK.The dynamics indices under the normal condition and air spring in failure condition were obtained to explore influences of air spring fault on the dynamic characteristics of metro vehicle.The simulation results show that the running stability and curve negotiation performance get worse with the air spring in failure condition,and in some working conditions,the vibration acceleration and safety index exceed the limits.
