鞭打假人颈部标定中OC转角影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 BioRIDⅡ假人是考察汽车座椅鞭打试验的重要测试设备,为保证假人具有良好可信的动态响应,需要定期进行标定。对假人颈部标定的关键评价指标颈部绕OC转角的影响因子进行重点分析,对摆锤速度、钢丝绳张紧程度、阻尼大小、相邻标定试验时间间隔等影响因素展开研究。结果表明:阻尼的大小和钢丝绳张紧程度对OC转角的影响最大,其次是摆锤速度和时间间隔。 BioRIDⅡdummy is an important test equipment in the seat whiplash.To ensure the credible dynamic response,the dummy needs to be calibrated regularly.The angle of the head around OCis the key evaluation index in the neck calibration test,therefore it is selected as the research object in this paper.The main influence factors of the index are analyzed respectively,including the pendulum speed,wire rope,dampers,the interval of adjacent calibrating test.The results show that the wire rope and damper are the important factors,followed by the pendulum speed and the adjacent calibrating test interval.
