摘要 以某型塔式起重机承座环梁为例,运用软件Creo建立三维模型,借助于有限元分析软件ANSYS/Workbench划分网格、添加约束、施加载荷并进行计算,根据得到的应力计算结果来判断结构是否安全可靠,为塔式起重机承座环梁的结构设计分析提供了依据。 In this paper,the bearing ring beam of a tower crane was taken as example,and the 3 Dmodel of the ring beam was set up by Creo software.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS/Workbench to mesh,add constraint,apply load,calculate and analyze,the stress nephogram of the ring beam was obtained.The result of analysis can be used to judge whether the structure is safe and reliable.It provides the basis for the structure design and optimization of the tower crane.
