采煤机截割部行星架受力及结构分析 被引量:11

摘要 针对采煤机截割部行星架在使用过程中的故障问题,首先分析了截割部行星减速机构的特点和功能,然后对行星架的受力状况进行了分析。在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析了行星架在给定工况下的总应变和Mises应力分布情况,指出在花键轴与腹板连接根部等位置可能发生应力集中,应从设计、加工等角度加以控制。之后对行星架的振动模态进行了分析,结果表明其不会与其他运动部件产生共振。 To the failure problem of the planetary frame in shearer cutting unit,this paper first analyzes the characteristics and functions of the planetary reducer in the cutting unit,and then investigates the force condition of the planetary frame.On this basis,the total strain and stress distribution of the planet carrier under the given working condition are analyzed by using the ABAQUS finite element software.The simulation results show that the stress concentration may occur in the connection position of spline shaft and web plate root.It should be controlled from design,machining and other aspects.At the same time,the vibration mode of planet carrier is analyzed,and the results show it does not resonate with other moving parts.The content of this paper is of positive reference value for the design and maintenance of shearer′s planet carrier.
