摘要
针对汽车减震器活塞杆的加工需求,设计了一种电机驱动的活塞杆自动上料装置。介绍了该装置的机械结构及工作原理,并详细分析了该上料装置在传送机构和行程控制方面的特点。设计的自动上料装置结构简单,可靠性高,可有效提高工作效率,适用于活塞杆和细小轴类零件的规模制造,实现了上料操作的智能化、自动化。
According to processing requirement of piston rod for automobile shock absorber,a motor-driven automatic feeding device for piston rod is designed.The mechanical structure and working principle of the device are introduced,and the characteristics of the feeding device are analyzed in transmission mechanism and stroke control.The device not only has simple structure and high reliability,but also effectively improves work efficiency.It can be suitable for mass production of piston rods and small shaft parts with intelligent and automatic feeding operation.
