摘要
主要介绍了客车车身骨架合装的工艺特点,在此基础上详述了客车车身骨架合装中应注意的问题及需要控制的关键点。通过对关键点的控制分析设计出合理的关键点控制机构,使设计的控制机构在保证车身合装质量和合装速度的情况下,适应大部分客车车身骨架的合装生产。
This paper mainly introduces the technical features of car body assembling,on the basis of this,the issues that should be paid attention to are described in detail,and a reasonable control mechanism for key points is designed through the control analysis of the key points,so that the designed control mechanism can ensure the quality of the body assembly.In the case of assemble speed,it is suitable for the assembly production of most bus body frames.
