摘要
以舱体中较为典型的贮箱支架为大型回转体薄壁支架类零件的代表,对其变形原理以及加工过程中的振动现象进行了分析。通过在工艺路线的安排、加工余量的划分及切削用量的选择和工艺装备的设计等方面采取相应的措施,有效地减小了零件变形,避免了加工过程中的刀具振动,保证了零件的加工精度和加工可靠性。
The typical tank support in the cabin is taken as the representative of the thin wall support part of large rotary body.The deformation principle and vibration phenomenon during the processing are analyzed.In order to reduce the deformation of the parts,avoid the tool vibration in the process of machining and ensure the machining accuracy and processing reliability,the corresponding measures are taken for the division of the machining allowance and the selection of cutting parameters and the design of the processing equipment.
